Answer
If no deficiencies are found during the inspection, the PS CO will issue a 'clean' inspection report (Form A) to the master of the ship. In case deficiencies have been identified, the inspection report will include deficiencies found (Form B).
Form A-
• Name and Particulars of ship
• All the certificates and their expiry dates
• Tickbox, ticked in case of deficiency
Form B-
• Details of deficiencies with the code and regulation number from IMO instruments.
