1.Safe location of the ship.
2.Inform charterers and get their permission.
3.Proper rest to the team to avoid fatigue.
4.Toolbox meeting.
5.Immobilization- favourable weather, sufficient time without commercial losses. Request in specified format and receive a permission.
6.Isolate Main engine with 2layer defence- one person carries out isolation, other verifies.
7.Risk assessment. Identify hazards clearly- slippery surface, entanglement and crushing, falling from height etc.
