If spares have – if not raise reqn in urgent. If have spares use and make operational.
Flag dispensation ( COC )
G arbage as per annex 5 and sludge as per annex 1 – to be landed ashore Put spares and make it operational
Cancel dispensation and COC, Enter in ORB.
Close NC and report to flag and class
