affected the ship's operations or safety.
• If the lack of cooperation persists, involve master or relevant management personnel.
• Adhere to the ship's established procedures if any, Ensure that any actions taken are in line with these
procedures and are fair and impartial.
• IF 3/Eshows progress,continuously monitor the behavior and cooperation levels.
