Planktons-
1.For organism 10≥size<50 microns = Less than 10 viable organism per ml of sample.
2.For organism size ≥ 50 microns = Less than 10 viable organism per cubic metre.
Indicator microbes, as a human health standard, shall include
Toxicogenic Vibrio Cholerae – Less than 1 c fu per 100ml or less than 1 c fu per 1 gram (wet weight) zooplanktom samples
Intestinal Eneterococci – Less than 100 c fu per 100ml
E-coli – Less than 250 c fu per 100ml
