1). Element- 1.2.2.2 Company should establish safeguard against all identified risks.
2). Element- 5.2 In order to exercise the over-riding authority the master should carry out Risk assessment, what is the risk to safety and pollution prevention.
3). Element- 6.2 For safe manning on board as per the SMD the Company should carry out Risk assessment that how much people are required onboard along with their qualification and training requirements.
4). Element- 7 Company should carry out Risk assessment for establishing checklists and standard operating procedures.
5). Element- 8 Company should identify emergency situations which can happen onboard and should develop emergency preparedness procedures for that Risk assessment is required.
6). Element- 10.3 Company should identify which are the critical equipment onboard non availability or without which it can lead to hazardous situation for safety of life and pollution. So Company should carry out Risk assessment for identification of critical equipment.
7). Element- 11.1 Everytime for filling up of MOC form Risk assessment is required onboard.
