1.Major non-conformity means an identifiable Deviation that poses a serious threat to the safety of personnel or the ship or a serious risk to the environment that requires immediate Corrective action or the lack of effective and systematic implementation of a requirement of this code. 2.Vessel can’t sail after an MNC is given until correction followed by downgraded NC not approved by Auditor. 3.External Audit within 3 months for SMC 4.MNC may lead to suspension of SMC/DOC. 5.Additional Audit of the Company for DOC | 1.Non-conformity means an observed situation where objective evidence indicates the non-fulfillment of a specified requirement. 2.Vessel can sail but has to do RCA, CA/ PA, within 3 months. 3.Audit at next scheduled time for ship. 4.Certificates are not affected with one NC. 5.Next scheduled Audit for the Company for DOC. |
