Charterers are normally to redeliver the vessel in the same good order as when delivered to Charters ,fair wear and tear accepted. In the event of redelivery ,the vessel is not being in same good aorder & condition, then he is laible for the cost of Repairs .IF the Charterers redilvrd vessel as “dirty” a sum in compensatn to be provided for owners. Quantity of bunkers ROB at the time of onhire and offhiire.
Charter party fuel consumption (5% tolerance)/ speed (0.5 knots tolerance) [Allowable Speed &Consumption:- Speed:- + - 0.5 knts ; Fuel:- + - 5%, Performance warranty will not be applicable if :-
wind speed >= BF 4 (Scale 4 (wind), 11 - 16 knots) for 6 hrs
Sea state exceeds 3 (Wave height 0.5m to 1.25m) for 6 hrs
Speed is deliberately reduced for safety, or charterer’s instructions Hull fouling due to trading pattern

Most imp- Efficient, trained and certified crew to handle any abnormalities. Motivate crew to complete their contracts to keep manning cost in limits.
