A-Report NC through additional masters review.
Inform master and company that necessary action has to be taken. If not, inform flag. As when crew is not properly rested, it can lead to an accident.
Reschedule work planning, take up only essential jobs, postpone non essential jobs, no rest hour violation should be there, ask for extra hand if not taken up by company than report NC
For PMS jobs - we can postpone jobs and make a remark of short Voyage and extra hands not provided
CAP has to be proposed by ships crew which will be approved by DPA
