A - In this reporting and Documents will be like earlier answer. Medical first aid will hv to be given to the injured person. Also master to be informed and assistance should be taken from onshore medical team. Everything should be entered to the medical book. In this along with H & M Insurance , P&l will also have to be reported and hv to claim from them.
The following Documents will hv to be prepared
Masters & C/E statement of fact, witness report, injured persons statement, communication that was done, photographs of injury, if proper PPE was worn or not, safety familiarization form signed by the injured person Also if he is seriously injured the MRCC and P&l correspondent should be informed and then mrcc will tell the nearest port of refuge and then ship will hv to be diverted and then the injured person will hv to be sent to hospital
