SOLAS Reg III/20.2 states: Before ship leaves port and at all times of the Voyage LSA shall be in working order and immediate use.
Before arrival port Entry into official record book, Incident report, entry into defect list for LB in-opeartional as it makes ship unseaworthy and unsafe.
Inform:
Company
Port authorities + PSC.
Flag and take dispensation to reach port.
Vessel will send RA and actions taken to reach port safely.
