1.SSA should be completed by CSO with the help of an RSO
2.INTERIM ISSC by second RSO or flag
a)2 observers will come onboard before take over
b) 1 observers will fill up SSA
c) Interim Audit will be done on the day of take over
DURING INTERIM AUDiT
SSO should have SSO certificate
All restricted areas marked
Ship should have copy of SSP/SSA which has been submitted to RSO, Receipt of the submission Crew familiar with CSO & SSO
Master & ship officers aware location of SSAS button
Security Drill can be carried out.
d)ISSC Equipments to be checked in interim crtfctn
LRIT,SSAS,AIS security equipment ,general alarm, night vision binocular high beam torch , Dog lens mirrors ,metal detectors, whistles , cable tiesphoto IDs , visitors cards, padlocks ,citadel equipment
Initial verification Audit for full term ISSC.
3.Internal Audit within 3 months
4.Initial Audit to be carried out within 6 months - ISSC full time -validity -5years
5.Company to apply New CSR .All original CSR with amendments are to be submitted to Company.
