Initially when he comes onboard he will be assessed as per A III/4
Junior engineer before the exam he is just a trainee engineer and he is following the sequence what is written in his TAR book.
SO as a CE:
The junior engineer must be given training about his own personnel safety as well as for safety of others
Carry out training as per the assessment and record book (TAR book) provided by the company which is an approved training program, Computer based learning and competency management system. Give him short jobs for checking his progress.
He should know his rights with respect to MLLC ( i.e grievance redressals, Rest hours etc.)
So, feedback of his performance is all we can give.
Training as per TAR book will take him to the A-III/1 level and finally he will be given COC after exams.
