A-As OWS made operational:
1.Inform port authorities esp. PS CO about OWS operational.

2.Inform company, Flag, Class for removal of any dispensation/COC issued prior. 3.Conduct tank to tank operation of the OWS to the satisfaction of PS CO.

4.Entry into OWS RB for OWS maintenance. This will be Pt 2 or not?

5.Raise an Incident report of the same with RCA and CA/ PA. In doubt?

6.Suggest or In consultation with Company add the spare to the Critical spare part list.
