1.As per Element 5
2.To check effectiveness of SMS/ implementation onboard.

3.Generally done two times by each master as a industry standard, or as mentioned in ship’s SMS.

4.Done by master onboard.

5.Inputs from vessel’s previous reports- External and Internal Audit, PSC, FSI, Vetting, input from ship staff etc.

2.To continuously review Company’s SMS to improve quality and customer feedback.

3.Generally done in the last quarter each year as industry practice.

4.Done by DP along with top management in the Company- CEO, CTO.

5.Based on whole fleets’ Master’s reviews and Audit/inspection reports.
