A- A $MC shall become invalid or suspended when –
1.A company hasn’t undergone an Intrmdte Audt of that ship within designated period of time. 2.There is evidence of an unresolved MNC.
3.C AP for N Cs are not submitted or completed within the agreed schedule 4.Amendments to the ISM code aren’t taken into account by the Company 5.DOC of the company is invalidated
6.A ship is not provided with the trading Crtfctes necessary for her operation.
7.A ship is not maintaining the Class or other society acknowledged by Class 8.When Audt fees & expenses have not been paid by the Company.
DOC suspension, DOC invalidation
1.A Company has not undergone Annul Audt within the designated period of time.
2.There is an evidence of an unresolved MNC
3.Corrective Actn for N Cs are not completed within the agreed schedule 4.Amendments to the ISM code are not taken into account by the Company 5.When Audt fees & expenses have not been paid by the Company.
