As the BB charterer is the disponent owner, he is supposed to take all the Insurance policies that a Shipowner is supposed to take- H & M, P&l, K&R, War Risk insurance, Freight, Demurrage & Defense (FD&D)etc.
Additionally P&l Class3 coverage is required.
